The 308C automatic hot stamping machine is an automated device dedicated to efficient and precise hot stamping. The equipment adopts a fully automated control system. From feeding, positioning to hot stamping and material collection, the entire process does not require human intervention, significantly enhancing production efficiency. It can complete the hot stamping operation of 1,200 to 1,800 products in a single hour. Equipped with a high-precision visual positioning system and in conjunction with a servo drive platform, the positioning error is controlled within ±0.05mm, capable of accurately presenting text and patterns as fine as 0.1mm, ensuring smooth and clear edges for hot stamping.
In terms of performance, its temperature control system can be precisely adjusted within the range of 80 to 220℃, and the pressure range is adjustable from 0 to 500N. It is compatible with different materials and foils. Whether it is conventional metal foils such as gold and silver, or special foils such as laser and holographic ones, it can achieve firm adhesion and has passed the wear resistance test without peeling off. The 7-inch touch screen supports parameter preset and storage, capable of saving 50 commonly used schemes. They can be called up when changing production, and the operation is simple and convenient.
