The double-sided labeling machine is a highly efficient device specially designed for synchronous labeling on both sides of flat bottles, square boxes and other objects. The equipment adopts a dual-head synchronous operation system, combined with an automatic conveyor belt, capable of simultaneously completing the label removal, positioning and labeling processes on both sides of the object. The labeling capacity per hour reaches 1,500 to 3,000 pieces, which is more than five times more efficient than manual labeling. Equipped with photoelectric sensing positioning technology and in combination with a servo-driven labeling head, the positioning accuracy reaches ±0.5mm, ensuring that the labels on both sides are symmetrical, flat and free of wrinkles. It is suitable for self-adhesive labels with a width of 10-150mm and a length of 10-300mm.
In terms of performance, the equipment supports labeling on various material objects, such as plastic bottles, glass bottles, paper boxes, metal cans, etc. Through an adjustable guiding mechanism, it can adapt to objects of different sizes (width 20-200mm, height 30-300mm). The 7-inch touch screen can preset 20 sets of labeling parameters. The label tension and conveying speed are adjustable. No complex debugging is required when changing production, and the operation is simple and convenient.
