The pen barrel visual positioning pad printing machine is a dedicated device developed for fine printing on the surface of pen barrels. With advanced visual positioning technology, it overcomes the printing challenges of pen barrel curved surfaces and irregular structures, and is widely used in the pad printing of logos, patterns and parameters for pen types such as fountain pens, ballpoint pens and gel pens.
The device is equipped with a dual-eye vision recognition system, which can capture the outline of the pen barrel and the reference point in 360°. The positioning response time is only 0.2 seconds. Combined with a six-axis fine-tuning mechanism, even if the pen barrel has slight bending or eccentricity, it can automatically calibrate the printing position, with a positioning accuracy of ±0.02mm, ensuring that the pattern precisely adheres to the curved surface and corners.
In terms of pad printing performance, it adopts nano-scale ink transmission technology, supporting ultra-fine line printing of 0.05mm, with a color saturation of 98%. It has passed 1000 friction tests without fading. It is compatible with pen barrels of round, square, hexagonal and other shapes with diameters ranging from 5 to 20mm and lengths from 80 to 250mm, and is compatible with materials such as plastic, metal and wood. The fully automatic feeding track, in combination with negative pressure adsorption fixation, has a single-hour production capacity of 1,800 to 2,500 pieces. The 12-inch touch screen can store 50 sets of pen shape parameters and supports pattern preview and real-time deviation correction.
