The double-sided transfer machine is a highly efficient device capable of simultaneously transferring printing on both sides of an object, breaking the limitations of traditional single-sided processing. It is widely used in products such as cards, boards, and packaging boxes that require double-sided decoration, significantly enhancing production efficiency and consistency.
The equipment adopts a dual-station symmetrical design. The left and right transfer modules operate synchronously, and in combination with a precise clamping and positioning mechanism, it can ensure that the corresponding error of the pattern positions on both sides of the object is ≤0.1mm. It is compatible with flat or slightly curved objects with a thickness ranging from 0.3 to 10mm and a maximum size of 400×300mm, and is compatible with various materials such as paper, plastic, metal, and wood.
In terms of transfer performance, the dual temperature zones are independently controlled, with adjustable temperatures ranging from 60 to 220℃ and intelligently adapted pressures from 80 to 500N. This ensures uniform color and strong adhesion on both sides of the transfer. It has passed water resistance and wear resistance tests without peeling off. Equipped with an automatic feeding and flipping mechanism, it enables continuous processing from single-sided to double-sided, with a single-hour production capacity of 1,200 to 1,800 pieces, nearly doubling the efficiency compared to traditional equipment.
