The 309 hexagonal and round rod dual-purpose hot stamping machine is a multi-functional device specially designed for irregular-shaped rod-shaped objects. It can simultaneously meet the hot stamping requirements of hexagonal and round rods and is widely used in stationery, hardware, gifts and other fields, such as the surface metallization decoration of products like hexagonal wrenches, round rod pens, and irregular-shaped decorative rods.
The equipment is equipped with a dual-mode positioning system. The hexagonal mode is precisely fixed by a hexagonal profiling fixture and is suitable for hexagonal rods with an edge distance of 5-30mm. The round rod mode adopts an adjustable diameter chuck, compatible with circular objects with diameters ranging from 8 to 40mm. Switching between the two modes only takes 5 minutes, and the positioning error is all controlled within ±0.05mm, ensuring that the pattern is accurately presented at corners or curved surfaces.
In terms of hot stamping performance, it adopts zonal constant temperature heating technology, with adjustable temperature ranging from 80 to 230℃. Combined with intelligent pressure adjustment from 100 to 500N, it is suitable for materials such as metal, plastic, and wood. The lines of the hot stamped text are as fine as 0.1mm. The metal foil has strong adhesion and has passed the wear resistance test without peeling off. The fully automatic feeding and rotating mechanism enable continuous operation, with a single-hour production capacity of 1,000 to 1,500 pieces. The 7-inch touch screen can preset 30 sets of parameters, making operation convenient.
