The fully automatic flat surface hot stamping and transfer dual-purpose machine is an intelligent device that integrates hot stamping and transfer functions. It breaks through the limitations of a single process and can meet the diverse surface decoration needs of flat workpieces. The equipment adopts a dual-module switching design. The hot stamping module is equipped with a high-precision hot stamping plate positioning system, supporting 0.08mm fine line metal foil hot stamping, and is compatible with various foils such as gold, silver, and laser. The transfer module is equipped with a high-definition pattern transmission system, with a color reproduction rate of up to 96%, enabling precise transfer of gradient colors and complex patterns. The switching between the two functions is automatically completed by the servo motor, taking only 2 minutes and eliminating the need for manual replacement of core components.
In terms of performance, it is equipped with a dual-zone independent control system. The hot stamping temperature can be precisely adjusted from 80 to 230℃ and the transfer temperature from 60 to 200℃. Coupled with an intelligent pressure adjustment range of 0 to 500N, it is compatible with various materials such as paper, leather, plastic, and metal. Fully automatic feeding, positioning, processing and receiving assembly line, with a single-hour production capacity of 1,200 to 2,000 pieces. The 10-inch touch screen is equipped with 30 sets of process parameter templates, supporting separate storage and invocation of hot stamping and transfer process parameters.
