The triangular pen positioning pad printing machine (one out of four) is a highly efficient device in the heat transfer series specifically designed for triangular pen holders. With four-station synchronous operation and precise triangular contour positioning technology, it solves the problem of easy offset at the corners of triangular pen holders during printing, and is suitable for logo and pattern pad printing on various types of triangular pens such as student triangular pens and office marker pens.
The equipment is equipped with a triangular profiling positioning fixture, which firmly fixed the triangular pen holder (with an edge distance of 8-15mm and a length of 100-180mm) through a three-point clamping structure. Four independent print heads are precisely aligned according to the angles of the triangular surfaces. It can complete the synchronous printing on three sides of four pen holders at one time, with a positioning error of ≤0.03mm, ensuring the natural connection of the patterns on both sides of the edges and corners.
It adopts a multi-angle scraping system, with the print head tilting 15° to 45° along the triangular surface. Combined with a fast-drying ink transfer device, 0.1mm fine lines are clearly distinguishable, and the adhesion has not fallen off after 300 friction tests. The fully automatic feeding track, in combination with the defective product detection function, can produce 3,000 to 3,600 pieces per hour, which is three times more efficient than single-station equipment.
