The flat and circular dual-purpose transfer machine is a multi-functional device that integrates the transfer functions of flat and circular objects. The equipment adopts a dual-mode conversion structure. The flat transfer module is equipped with a vacuum adsorption platform, which can stably process flat objects with a thickness of 0.2-8mm and a maximum size of 300×400mm. The edges of the transferred patterns are neat. The circular transfer module is clamped by adjustable rollers and is suitable for cylindrical objects with diameters ranging from 20 to 150mm. It can achieve seamless patterns on curved surfaces through 360° rotation transfer, with a connection error of no more than 0.1mm.
In terms of transfer performance, it is equipped with a constant temperature heating system with adjustable temperature ranging from 60 to 200℃, and is intelligently regulated with pressure from 50 to 400N. It is compatible with various materials such as paper, plastic, metal, and ceramic. Adopting high-definition transfer film transmission technology, the color reproduction rate reaches 95%, and the adhesion has passed the scratch resistance test without peeling off. The fully automatic feeding and mode switching device has a production capacity of 1,000 to 1,500 pieces per hour. The 8-inch touch screen can store 25 sets of parameters, and it only takes 2 minutes to switch between flat and circular modes.
