In terms of operational convenience, the double-sided transfer machine is equipped with an intelligent touch screen, supporting the presetting of multiple transfer parameter schemes. The operator only needs to simply select the material type and transfer mode, and the equipment can automatically complete the entire process of feeding, heating, pressurizing, cooling, and material collection. It can handle 500 to 800 standard-sized materials per hour. The production efficiency is nearly twice that of traditional single-sided transfer printing equipment. In addition, the equipment is also equipped with an automatic detection function. If the material is placed crookdly or the transfer film deviates, it will immediately shut down and issue an alarm, effectively reducing the scrap rate.
