The equipment adopts high-precision translation guide rails, with dual-station alternating operation without waiting: The pen lead implantation station is driven by a servo motor, with a positioning error of ≤0.05mm, ensuring precise connection between the pen lead and the pen barrel. The pen cap assembly station is equipped with a pressure feedback system (adjustable pressure from 5 to 18N) to prevent the fit from being too loose or too tight. The weighing station is equipped with an electronic scale with a precision of 0.01g, which can screen out overweight and underweight products in real time, and the rejection efficiency reaches 100%. The entire process operates automatically, with a production capacity of 3,000 to 3,800 sets per hour.
