The equipment is equipped with a dedicated positioning module for European standards, designed based on the size parameters of European pen accessories. It can precisely match European standard tail plugs with diameters ranging from 3.2 to 5.8mm, as well as anti-slip leather covers with thicknesses from 0.8 to 2mm (materials include nitrile rubber and food-grade silicone). In view of the flexible and easily deforming characteristics of the leather case, a two-stage assembly process is adopted: Firstly, the pre-expansion and shaping of the leather case are completed through pneumatic clamps, and then the concentric nesting of the tail plug and the leather case is achieved by a servo pressing mechanism. The fit error is ≤0.05mm, and the folding rate of the leather case is controlled below 0.1% to ensure the sealing performance of the tail plug and the protective effect of the leather case.
