The equipment adopts a circular track conveying structure and is equipped with multiple sets of mechanical arms for collaborative operation: The pen refill pre-installation station precisely grabs the pen refill through negative pressure adsorption, with an implantation error of no more than 0.05mm. The pen cap assembly station is equipped with a torque control system (adjustable from 0.3 to 1.2N · m) to prevent loose caps from falling off or tight caps from being difficult to pull out. The finished product sorting station automatically screens out products with appearance defects. The entire process operates synchronously, with a single-hour production capacity of 3,200 to 4,000 sets.
