The one-out four-pen core tail stopper assembly machine is an automated device specially designed for the efficient assembly of pen core tail stoppers. Centered on the synchronous operation of four independent workstations, it focuses on completing the sealing assembly of tail stoppers and pen core ink tubes. It is compatible with the production of various specifications of pen cores such as neutral pen cores and ballpoint pen cores, helping enterprises improve the assembly efficiency and sealing quality of tail stoppers.

The equipment adopts a four-track parallel modular design. Each group of workstations is equipped with a precise directional feeding system. Through the coordination of vibrating discs and negative pressure adsorption, the orderly arrangement and precise feeding of tail plugs are achieved, avoiding the stacking or jamming of tail plugs. To meet the sealing requirements of the tail plug, a programmable pressure control module is equipped. The pressing pressure can be precisely adjusted within the range of 25-90N, ensuring a tight interference fit between the tail plug and the ink tube. After being inverted for 24 hours, the ink leakage rate is ≤0.03%, and the pressing depth error is controlled within ≤0.02mm. Under the synchronous operation of four workstations, the production capacity per hour can reach 18,000 to 22,000 pieces, significantly shortening the production cycle.
