Its unique dual-mode switching design enables the switching between hot stamping and transfer functions in just 30 seconds: In the hot stamping mode, it can hot stamp gold, silver and other metal foil patterns on the surface of the pen core, with lines as fine as 0.05mm and smooth edges without burrs. The transfer mode supports high-definition reproduction of full-color patterns, gradient colors and fine textures, and the color adhesion meets the industry's wear-resistant standards.
In terms of performance, the equipment adopts a microcomputer temperature control system. The temperature for hot stamping and transfer printing can be precisely adjusted between 80 and 180℃. Combined with an adjustable pressure of 0 to 50N, it is compatible with various pen core materials such as ABS, PP, and PE. The fully automatic assembly line design enables the entire process of material loading, positioning, processing and material collection to be unattended, with a single-hour production capacity of 2,000 to 3,000 pieces, which is more than five times more efficient than manual operation. In addition, the equipment is equipped with a pen lead bending detection device, which can automatically remove substandard products, and the scrap rate is controlled below 0.5%.
