The pen refill assembly machine is a professional device dedicated to the automated integration of core components of pen refills. It can complete the full-process assembly of ink tubes, ballpoint pen tips, reset springs, and sealed tail plugs. It is compatible with the production of various types of pen refills such as gel refills, ballpoint refills, and watercolor refills, providing high-quality inner core guarantees for pen products and meeting the precision and efficiency requirements of large-scale production.

The equipment adopts a stepped multi-station assembly line design, with clear division of labor and coordinated operation at each station: The pen tip press-fitting station is equipped with a precision guide shaft to ensure that the concentricity error between the steel ball and the ink tube is ≤0.02mm, avoiding ink ejection stalling. The spring nesting station is positioned by negative pressure adsorption to prevent the spring from tilting or falling off. The tail plug sealing station is equipped with a programmable pressure control system (adjustable pressure from 20 to 80N), achieving an interference fit between the tail plug and the ink tube, and keeping the ink leakage rate below 0.05%. The entire process is driven by servo motors, with precise action response and a single-hour production capacity of up to 12,000 to 15,000 units.
