The marker whiteboard pen assembly machine is an automated device specially designed for the full component integration of marker whiteboard pens. It focuses on the structural features of its erasable pen tip and large-capacity ink tank, achieving precise assembly of pen barrel, pen tip, ink bladder and pen cap. It is suitable for the batch production of marker whiteboard pens for teaching and office use.
The equipment adopts a segmented assembly line. According to the characteristics of the pen tip fiber material, it is equipped with a flexible clamping mechanism to ensure that the concentricity error when the pen tip is implanted into the pen barrel is ≤0.05mm, avoiding ink leakage or poor writing. The ink sac assembly station adopts quantitative pressure control (adjustable from 10 to 50N) to ensure a tight connection between the ink sac and the pen tip, with an ink conduction rate of 100%.
Compatible with pen barrel diameters of 10-16mm and lengths of 130-200mm, it supports various shapes such as round and square rods, and is compatible with plastic materials like ABS and PS. With multiple sets of vibrating discs for zoned feeding, combined with a belt conveyor system, the hourly production capacity can reach 3,000 to 4,000 pieces, which is 7 times more efficient than manual assembly.
Equipped with a visual inspection and negative pressure leak detection module, it can automatically identify defective products such as pen tip tilting and ink sac leakage, with a pass rate exceeding 99.2%. The 8-inch touch screen supports the storage of 15 sets of parameters. When changing models, by replacing the pen tip positioning mold and pen holder holder, the debugging can be completed within 6 minutes, meeting the efficient assembly requirements of different specifications of marker whiteboard pens.
