The pen cap silicone assembly machine is an automated device dedicated to the precise assembly of pen caps with silicone seals and anti-slip rings. It focuses on the sealing performance and grip comfort requirements of pen caps and can complete the nested assembly of silicone rings, silicone stoppers and various pen caps. It is suitable for the processing of pen caps for ballpoint pens, ballpoint pens, marker pens and other types of pens.
The equipment adopts a double-station rotary structure. In view of the characteristic that silicone parts are prone to adhesion, it is equipped with a cold air separation device and a negative pressure suction feeding system to ensure that silicone parts are supplied separately without stacking. During assembly, the pressing depth is controlled by a servo motor with an error of no more than 0.03mm, ensuring that the silicone ring adheres closely to the inner wall of the pen cap. The sealing performance meets the requirement of no leakage when inverted for 24 hours.
Compatible with pen cap specifications ranging from 8 to 15mm in diameter and 20 to 50mm in length, it supports round, square and other shapes, and is compatible with pen caps made of PP, PE, ABS and other materials, as well as silicone parts with a Shore hardness of 20 to 60A. The directional feeding of the vibrating tray combined with visual positioning can achieve a production capacity of 5,000 to 6,000 units per hour, which is 10 times more efficient than manual assembly.
