The one-out-of-two pen refill assembly machine is a dual-station automated device dedicated to the efficient assembly of pen refills. It can simultaneously complete the sequential assembly of components such as ink tubes, steel ball heads, springs, and tail plugs for two pen refills. It is compatible with the production of various specifications of pen refills including neutral pen refills and ballpoint pen refills, balancing efficiency and assembly accuracy.

The equipment adopts a dual-track parallel assembly structure. The two workstations operate independently yet work in coordination. The precise connection of processes is achieved through the dividing plate controlled by the servo motor. The steel ball head press-in station is equipped with a concentricity calibration device, with an error of no more than 0.02mm. The spring nesting station is assisted by a guide shaft to ensure that the spring is not skewed. The tail plug pressing station is equipped with a pressure sensor (adjustable pressure from 20 to 80N) to ensure sealing performance, with an ink leakage rate of no more than 0.05%.

Compatible with pen core diameters ranging from 2.5 to 5mm and lengths from 60 to 120mm, it supports the assembly of ink tubes of different capacities. The double vibrating disc zoned feeding combined with negative pressure adsorption feeding prevents component jamming. The single-hour production capacity can reach 8,000 to 10,000 pieces, nearly doubling the efficiency compared to single-station equipment.
