The one-four-point gel pen refill assembly machine is a highly efficient automated device specially designed for the batch production of gel pen refits. With four-station synchronous operation as its core, it can simultaneously complete the precise assembly of four major components: ink tubes, steel ball heads, springs, and tail stoppers. It is suitable for the large-scale processing of gel pen refits with specifications ranging from 0.38 to 0.7mm, significantly enhancing the production efficiency and consistency of pen refits.

The equipment adopts a modular four-track parallel structure, with each station independently completing the assembly of a single component. The steel ball head pressing station is equipped with a concentricity calibration device, with an error of ≤0.02mm, to avoid ink ejection stalling. The spring nesting station is assisted by the guide shaft to ensure that the spring is not skewed. The tail plug pressing station is equipped with a pressure sensor (adjustable from 25 to 85N), ensuring a sealing performance of no ink leakage when inverted for 24 hours. The four-station collaborative operation, in combination with the negative pressure adsorption feeding system, avoids component jamming. The single-hour production capacity reaches 9,000 to 11,000 pieces, which is three times more efficient than single-station equipment.
