The ballpoint pen assembly machine (one out of two) is a dual-station automated equipment specially designed for the overall assembly of ballpoint pens. It focuses on the coordinated assembly of pen barrels, pre-installed pen cores, pen caps, and pressing/rotating components. It is suitable for the batch production of ballpoint pens with specifications ranging from 0.5 to 1.0mm and can simultaneously complete the full-process assembly of two ballpoint pens, taking into account both structural compatibility and production efficiency.

The equipment adopts a dual-track parallel assembly structure and optimizes the process based on the characteristics of ballpoint pens: The pen lead implantation station is equipped with an eccentricity correction mechanism to ensure that the concentricity error between the pen lead and the pen barrel is ≤0.05mm, avoiding writing lag. The assembly station of the pressing component is equipped with a torque control system (adjustable from 0.3 to 1.2N · m) to ensure uniform pressing and rebound force. The pen cap clamping position adjusts the tightness through pressure feedback to prevent it from falling off if it is too loose or being difficult to remove if it is too tight. The dual-station combination with the zoned vibrating tray for feeding can achieve a production capacity of 4,000 to 5,000 pieces per hour, which is 8 times more efficient than manual assembly.
