The whiteboard pen one-out-two assembly machine (with marking) is a dual-station automated device specially designed for whiteboard pens. The equipment adopts a dual-track parallel operation structure and optimizes the process based on the characteristics of the whiteboard pen: The pen tip assembly section is equipped with a flexible clamping mechanism to prevent damage to the fiber pen tip. The concentricity calibration error is ≤0.05mm, ensuring smooth communication between the ink tank and the pen tip, without ink leakage or uneven ink output. The pressure at the ink tank pressing position is adjustable from 25 to 70N, suitable for ink tanks of different capacities (5 to 15ml). The marking section is equipped with a fiber laser module, in combination with a visual positioning system (positioning error ≤0.1mm), which can engrave brand logos, model numbers and other information on the curved surface of the pen holder. The characters have a wear resistance of up to 1000 wiping times without fading. The dual-station collaborative feeding system can produce 3,000 to 3,800 pieces per hour, which is 45% more efficient than the "assembly + individual marking" method.
