The solid glue assembly machine with insert tray is an automated device that integrates the assembly of the main body of solid glue and the storage of insert trays. It focuses on solving the production needs of precise assembly of solid glue tubes, adhesives, and screw caps, as well as the rapid loading of finished products into trays. It is suitable for the large-scale production of solid glue for office and student use, achieving seamless connection between "single assembly - group storage".
The equipment adopts a dual-station collaborative architecture. The main line is responsible for the core assembly of solid glue. The colloid implantation station ensures that the colloid adheres closely to the tube body without any gaps through a constant-temperature push mechanism (adjustable temperature from 45 to 65℃). The capping station is equipped with a torque control system (adjustable from 0.6 to 1.8N · m) to prevent the cap from being too loose and falling off or too tight and difficult to open. The assembly error is ≤0.1mm. The secondary line synchronously completes the disc insertion operation. The servo module drives the mechanical claws to precisely insert the finished product into the customized disc (20-50 slots available), with an insertion misalignment rate of no more than 0.05%.
Compatible with solid rubber hoses with diameters ranging from 12 to 28mm and lengths from 55 to 110mm, it supports both round and square tube bodies and is compatible with materials such as PP and PE. The directional feeding of vibrating discs combined with chain conveying can achieve a single-hour production capacity of 3,200 to 4,000 pieces (including disc insertion), which is 50% more efficient than the "assembly + manual disc insertion" mode.
