The cotton core ink injection machine is an automated device specially designed for precise ink injection into the cotton cores of pens, marker pens and other products. It focuses on the problems of uniform ink absorption and ink volume control of cotton cores, achieving quantitative ink injection, penetration and pre-treatment of drying of cotton cores. It is suitable for the production of pens containing cotton cores such as watercolor pens, whiteboard pens and markers.

The equipment adopts a negative pressure penetration ink injection system. The ink injection volume is controlled by a precise metering pump (adjustable from 0.5 to 5ml), with an error of no more than 0.02ml. Combined with multiple sets of needle-type ink injection heads, it can simultaneously inject ink axially into multiple cotton cores, ensuring that the ink penetrates evenly along the fibers of the cotton cores and avoiding local oversaturation or drying. After ink injection, the moisture content of the cotton cores is consistent at over 98%.

Compatible with cotton core specifications ranging from 2 to 8mm in diameter and 30 to 100mm in length, it supports materials such as natural cotton and chemical fiber cotton. The vibrating tray feeding is combined with the conveyor belt conveying. After ink injection, it is initially cured through the hot air drying channel (with adjustable temperature of 50-80℃). The single-hour production capacity can reach 5000-6,000 pieces, which is 12 times more efficient than manual ink injection.
