The marker pen visual positioning marking machine is an automated device specially designed for precise marking on the pen body of markers. It focuses on the marking challenges of curved and irregular-shaped pen bodies of markers, integrating high-definition visual positioning and laser marking functions. It is suitable for the rapid engraving of brand logos, models, production dates and other information of markers, balancing marking accuracy and production efficiency.
The device is equipped with a 2-megapixel industrial camera and AI vision algorithm, which can automatically identify the position and Angle of the marker pen body, with a positioning error of no more than 0.1mm. Combined with a 360° rotating clamping mechanism, it can achieve all-round marking of cylindrical, conical and other irregular pen bodies, with character clarity reaching 0.1mm and no color fading in the wear resistance test (500 times of friction). The laser power is adjustable from 5 to 30W, compatible with different material markers such as ABS, PC, and metal. The marking speed can reach 120 to 180 marks per minute.
Compatible with pen diameters ranging from 8 to 20mm and lengths from 120 to 200mm, it supports single and multiple (up to 6) synchronous marking modes. The conveyor belt and vibrating disc work in coordination for material supply, and in combination with the automatic loading and unloading mechanical arm, the single-hour production capacity can reach 6,000 to 8,000 pieces, which is 15 times more efficient than manual marking.
