The automatic assembly machine for ballpoint pens and gel pens is a multi-functional automated device compatible with two types of pens. It can integrate all components such as pen holders, pre-installed pen refills, pen caps, and pen clamps. It is suitable for batch production of gel pens and ballpoint pens with specifications ranging from 0.5 to 0.7mm, meeting the multi-category mixed-line processing needs of stationery enterprises.
The equipment adopts a dual-mode switching system. By changing the positioning slots and pressing molds of different specifications, it enables rapid conversion between ballpoint pens and gel pens. The assembly process is segmented and optimized according to the pen shape characteristics: The pen core implantation station adopts an eccentric correction design to ensure smooth ink output of the gel pen. The assembly station of the spring return mechanism of the ballpoint pen is equipped with torque control to ensure a consistent pressing feel, and the overall assembly tolerance is ≤0.05mm.
Compatible with pen barrel lengths ranging from 100 to 180mm and diameters from 7 to 12mm, it supports pen bodies made of different materials such as transparent and matte. The circular conveying track, in combination with the zoned feeding device, enables continuous production, with a single-hour production capacity of 5,000 to 6,000 pieces. The switching and debugging between two pen types only take 8 minutes.
