The equipment is equipped with a special positioning fixture for European standard pen hangers, designed in accordance with the parameters of EN 14012 standard. It precisely matches the pen hanger body with a length of 25-45mm and a width of 8-15mm, and is compatible with materials such as ABS and PP. In view of the easy deformation characteristic of silicone parts, a negative pressure adsorption and flexible gripper coordinated system is adopted to complete the expansion, positioning and nesting of the silicone sleeve, ensuring that the contact error between the silicone part and the pen hanging card slot is ≤0.1mm, without wrinkles or damage.
Dual-station parallel operation process optimization: The first station completes the pre-positioning of the silicone sleeve, while the second station achieves precise nesting through a servo pressing mechanism. The pressure is adjustable from 5 to 30N, suitable for silicone accessories of different hardness levels (Shore 30-70A). The combination of vibrating tray material separation and visual recognition enables directional feeding of pen hangers and silicone parts, with a single-hour production capacity of 6,000 to 8,000 sets, which is six times more efficient than manual assembly.
