The European standard tail plug sleeve assembly machine is an automated assembly device specially designed for pen refill tail plugs and protective sleeves that meet European standards. It focuses on the precise matching requirements of European standard specifications and can complete the integrated processing of nesting and fixing of tail plugs and sleeves. It is suitable for the matching assembly of export-type pen refills.

The equipment is equipped with a dedicated positioning module for European standards, designed in accordance with the EN 13974 pen type standard. It precisely matches European standard tail plugs with diameters ranging from 3.2 to 5.8mm and anti-slip leather sleeves with thicknesses of 0.8 to 2mm (materials include nitrile rubber and silicone). Through a multi-stage pressing mechanism, the leather sleeves evenly wrap around the tail plugs, with a fit error of no more than 0.05mm. Make sure the leather case does not shift or wrinkle.

For the stepped structure of the European standard tail plug, a double-station rotary assembly process is adopted: the first station completes the pre-expansion of the leather sleeve through pneumatic grippers, and the second station realizes the concentric nesting of the tail plug and the leather sleeve. The pressing process is equipped with a pressure feedback system (pressure adjustable from 15 to 80N) to prevent the leather sleeve from being damaged.
