The one-out four-pen core tail stopper assembly machine is an efficient device dedicated to the precise assembly of pen core tail stoppers. Centered on four-station parallel operation, it is specifically designed to complete the sealing assembly of tail stoppers and pen core ink tubes. It is compatible with various specifications such as neutral pen cores and ballpoint pen cores, providing a crucial guarantee for preventing ink leakage in pen cores.
The equipment adopts four independent assembly units, which are synchronously driven by servo motors to achieve parallel processing of tail plug feeding, positioning, pressing and detection. In response to the sealing requirements of the tail plug, a high-precision pressure control module is equipped. The pressing pressure can be adjusted from 20 to 100N to ensure a tight interference fit between the tail plug and the ink tube, with a leakage rate of no more than 0.1% and a pressing depth error of no more than 0.03mm.
Compatible with pen lead diameters of 2.5-5mm and tail stopper lengths of 3-8mm, and suitable for tail stoppers made of different materials such as rubber and silicone. The combination of vibrating disc material separation and negative pressure adsorption feeding avoids material jamming at the tail end. Under the collaborative operation of four workstations, the single-hour production capacity can reach 16,000 to 20,000 pieces, which is three times more efficient than single-station equipment.
