The pen refill assembly machine is an automated device dedicated to the precise integration of internal components of pen refills. It can complete the sequential assembly of core components such as ink tubes, ballpoint heads, springs, and tail stoppers. It is compatible with the production of various types of pen refills, including neutral pen refills, ballpoint pen refills, and watercolor pen refills, providing high-quality inner core guarantees for pen products.
The equipment adopts a stepped assembly line. The process connection is achieved through multiple sets of servo motor-driven dividing plates. Each station focuses on the assembly of a single component: the first station precisely presses in the steel ball head, with a concentricity error of no more than 0.02mm. The middle section station completes the nesting of the spring and the ink tube to ensure smooth spring extension and retraction. At the last station, the tail plug is pressed together with a sealing accuracy of 0.01mm to prevent ink leakage.
Compatible with pen lead specifications ranging from 50 to 120mm in length and 2 to 5mm in diameter, it supports the adaptive assembly of ink tubes with different viscosities. Equipped with a negative pressure adsorption feeding system and an optical counting device, the single-hour production capacity can reach 12,000 to 15,000 pieces, which is 15 times more efficient than manual assembly.
