The valve pen assembly machine is an automated assembly device specially designed for special pen types with valve structures. It focuses on the precise fit of core components such as the ink control valve, pen barrel, pen tip, and ink storage tank of the valve pen. It is suitable for the mass production of industrial marker pens, laboratory-specific pens, and other valve pens, ensuring smooth valve opening and closing and precise ink control.
The equipment adopts a multi-station step-by-step assembly architecture. For the precise structure of the valve, an independent valve core positioning station is set up. The connection hole position between the valve and the pen is calibrated through a microscopic vision system, with a concentricity error of no more than 0.03mm. The valve spring assembly station is equipped with a torque control device to ensure uniform rebound force of the valve (adjustable from 1.5 to 3N), avoiding ink leakage or ink ejection jamming.
Compatible with pen barrel diameters ranging from 12 to 20mm and lengths from 150 to 220mm, it supports materials such as metal and engineering plastics, and is suitable for different valve types including ball valves and plunger valves. The zoned feeding system achieves contactless conveying of valve components through the cooperation of mechanical arms and vacuum suction cups, with a single-hour production capacity of 2,000 to 2,800 pieces.
