The K35 gel pen assembly machine with labeling (one out and two circular track type) is an intelligent device integrating assembly and labeling. It adopts a circular track design and operates synchronously at two stations. It is specifically designed for the assembly of components such as the pen barrel, pen core, and tail stopper of the K35 series gel pens, as well as the integrated processing of pen body labeling. The equipment takes a circular track as the core transmission path. Two workstations operate synchronously along the track. The positioning accuracy is controlled by a precise dividing plate to reach ±0.03mm, ensuring that the concentricity error between the pen lead and the pen barrel is ≤0.04mm, avoiding writing lag. After assembly is completed, the label is immediately adhered by a high-precision labeling head, with a positioning error of no more than 0.2mm, and the label is flat without wrinkles.
It is compatible with pen barrel diameters ranging from 7 to 11mm and lengths from 110 to 170mm, and is compatible with materials such as plastic and silicone. The circular track, in combination with multiple sets of vibrating discs for feeding, enables continuous and uninterrupted production. The assembly and labeling capacity per hour reaches 3,500 to 4,500 pieces, which is 50% more efficient than the traditional step-by-step processing.
