The jumping pen case positioning assembly machine is an automated device specially designed for the precise assembly of jumping pen cases and pen bodies. It focuses on the assembly pain points of easy deviation and difficult alignment of jumping pen cases, and is suitable for the mass production of fun jumping pens with elastic cases, ensuring precise positioning and fit between the cases and pen bodies.
The device is equipped with a visual positioning and mechanical arm collaborative system. It uses a 3-megapixel camera to identify the alignment marks between the leather case and the pen body, completing coordinate calibration within 0.5 seconds. Combined with a multi-degree-of-freedom clamping arm, it achieves precise assembly in three-dimensional space, with a positioning error of ≤0.08mm, ensuring a perfect fit between the leather case's clamping position and the pen body's protrusion, avoiding loosening or jamming.
In view of the elastic material characteristics of the case, a pressure feedback type pressing mechanism is adopted, with a pressure adjustable from 0 to 50N. It is suitable for silicone and rubber cases with a thickness of 0.5 to 2mm, and is compatible with the specifications of jumping pens with a pen body diameter of 10 to 15mm and a length of 130 to 200mm. With alternating operation at two workstations, combined with vibrating discs and belt conveyors for feeding, the single-hour production capacity can reach 2,500 to 3,200 pieces, which is six times more efficient than manual assembly.
Equipped with an image detection and elasticity testing module, it can automatically screen out defective products such as damaged leather cases and improper assembly, with a pass rate exceeding 99.3%. The 7-inch touch screen supports the storage of 10 sets of parameters. When changing models, it can be quickly replaced through the leather case mold, and the debugging can be completed within 5 minutes, helping to achieve efficient and stable leather case assembly in the production of jumping pens.
